UPCOMING MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES
8/28 – Banner Maintenance – Statewide – 5:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (all times EDT)
The Technical Staff will be upgrading the Accounts Receivable and Financial Aid Banner modules on Sunday, August 28th. During these upgrade activities, all Banner modules including Finance, Student, Financial Aid and Human Resources will be down and INB and My Ivy Tech (SSB) will be unavailable. AppWorx will also be down and Operations will not be processing Banner production jobs. Production processing in AppWorx will resume after the upgrades are completed. This outage is expected to last approximately 7 hours beginning at 5:00 a.m. on Sunday morning.
9/11 – Exchange Maintenance – Statewide – 6:00 – 10:00 a.m.
The Technical Staff will be applying maintenance to the Exchange (staff/faculty email) servers on Sunday, September 11th. During the maintenance, staff will not be able to send or receive emails through OWA, smart device synchronization or pushes and the Outlook client. Incoming emails will be queued and sent after the maintenance is completed. The outage time will be approximately three hours during the 6 – 10 a.m. window.
