Scheduled maintenance alerts, system outages, and other important information

Planned Maintenance Activities – 4/16-17

PLANNED MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

04/16 – Systems Maintenance Affecting AppWorx only – 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. – statewide

The technical staff is performing systems maintenance on several back-end systems. The only front-facing system that will be affected is AppWorx, the job scheduling software. The Operations team has worked with the functional users to reschedule production jobs around the outage window. During the maintenance, the AppWorx system will be down.

04/17 – Systems Maintenance Affecting AppWorx, Banner INB/My Ivy Tech – 6:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. – statewide

The technical staff will be continuing maintenance activities on Sunday morning that will affect AppWorx, and Banner INB/My Ivy Tech. During this window from 6:00 to 12:00 noon, AppWorx and the Banner systems – INB and My Ivy Tech (SSB), will be unavailable.

04/17 – CASS Maintenance – 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. – statewide

The technical staff will be updating the CASS system on Sunday morning. During this window, there will be a brief five to 10 minute outage where the system will be unavailable. Users should wait a few minutes and sign back in.

04/17 – Campus Connect Maintenance – 6:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. – statewide

The technical staff will be updating the Campus Connect system on Sunday morning. During this window, there will be a brief period of time when Campus Connect and its related systems will be unavailable. Any service interruption will be less than five minutes.

UPCOMING MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

04/20 – Network Maintenance – 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. – Gary Circuit

Zayo, one of our network providers, will be troubleshooting issues on a couple of their lines. This will only affect the Gary circuit. Users in that region may experience intermittent network outages or dropped connections during the test.

04/23 – Banner Higher Markets – 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. – statewide

SciQuest, the Higher Markets vendor will be performing infrastructure maintenance on their systems. During this maintenance activity, the Higher Markets system will not be available There are follow-up maintenance activities planned for:

· Saturday May 14th – 11:59 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
