Scheduled maintenance alerts, system outages, and other important information

Planned Maintenance Activities (HIM, ePrint, File and Print Servers, Indy Phones) – 3/20


03/20 – HIM, ePrint Server Maintenance – Statewide – 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.

The technical team will be applying patches to several servers including the ePrint and HIM – Help Desk System – servers beginning at 9:30 a.m. and lasting approximately one hour. During this maintenance activity the HIM system and ePrint will be unavailable.

03/20 – File and Print Services Central Office – 7:30 – 8:30 a.m.

The technical team will also be performing maintenance on the file and print servers for Central Office. During this activity, Central Office staff may not be able to access the network common drives and network printers.

03/20 – Phone System Maintenance – Indianapolis Region and Central Offices – 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.

AT&T will be applying maintenance to the Indianapolis Phone System. This upgrade will last approximately two hours from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. During this time, phone service will be unavailable in the Central Indiana (Indianapolis area) campuses. This also affects Central Office phones. The ITS Help Desk will not be able to receive calls during this time but will have staff available to respond to emails helpdesk and Help Desk tickets.
