Planned Maintenance Activities – 01/16-17

PLANNED MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES

01/16 – Banner Finance Maintenance– Statewide – 12:01 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

The technical and functional teams are applying routine maintenance to the Banner Finance system. During this maintenance window, Internet Native Banner (INB) and My Ivy Tech (SSB) will not be available.

Through Sunday, ODS/Discoverer data will be current as of Friday night. The refresh job will not be run on Saturday night. The next ODS refresh will be run Sunday night.

01/17 – Marion Power Outage – Marion Campus – 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

There will be facilities maintenance performed at the Marion Campus on Monday. During this maintenance, the power will be shut off from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The Technical Staff appreciates your patience during these maintenance activities. Please contact the Help Desk if you experience any issues after the maintenance tasks are complete– helpdesk
