PLANNED MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES
12/30 – Blackboard Maintenance – Statewide – 12:01 a.m. – 8:30 a.m.
This is the third of three planned maintenance activities. During this activity, Blackboard will be unavailable.
12/30 – Banner Maintenance – Statewide – 8:00 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.
Banner will be brought down for maintenance beginning at 8:00 p.m. on tonight. It will be down until 1:30 a.m. During the maintenance, all Banner modules will be down and you will not be able to access Self-Service or Internet Native Banner forms and screens. Operations will not be running Banner jobs through AppWorx during this time. ODS/Discoverer will be available but the data will be as of Wednesday night’s run. ODS will be refreshed during the day on Friday, the 31st.
SUNDAY MAINTENANCE WINDOW – 6:00 – 10:00 a.m.
01/02 – Campus Connect Maintenance – 8:00 a.m.
The technical team will be applying maintenance and restarting Campus Connect at 8:00 a.m. The outage will be under five minutes long. Logged in users will be bumped from the system and will need to log back in after the restart is complete.
Data Center Holiday Schedule
The Data Center will close at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, December 31st and reopen at 11:00 p.m. on January 1st. Normal processing will resume at that time. The Help Desk will be open Holiday Hours from 8:00 to 6:00 on New Year’s Eve. Normal weekend hours of 8-10 resume on New Year’s Day.
