Ivy Tech Alert: Stay safe by finding out FIRST

The winter months are approaching, and soon the weather will change. Keeping our students, faculty and staff safe is a top-priority for Ivy Tech Community College.

If you are signed up for Ivy Tech Alert, you will be the first to find out about campus closings and emergencies via text message. There is no charge for this service, other than any charges you may incur from your cell phone carrier.

EASY SIGN UP!

  • Simply fill out the form online.
  • Select the campus or campuses from which you want to receive alerts.
  • A verification code will be immediately sent to your phone.
  • Simply enter this code on the page you are re-directed to, and your sign up is complete!

After you register for text messages, you will also have an opportunity to request alerts by e-mail. If you want to receive by e-mail only, click the link at the bottom of the original form. You can log into your account anytime to update your phone number, cell phone carrier or opt-out of the service.

NOTE: If you signed up more than two years ago, your account will need to be activated. Simply login to refresh and re-activate.
