Browser Issues with Email+
Posted by on September 1, 2011
Having issues with Email+?
Page won’t load?
Content won’t display correctly?
Are you using Internet Explorer 8 or 9? You may need to enable compatibility view for Email+ to load correctly.
We suggest trying Firefox 3.6 or higher when accessing Email+.
Try clearing out your temporary internet files and cookies on your browser.
Email+ uses Java, so make sure you have the most updated version of Java. You can download it for free at www.java.com.
If you have changed your Email+ theme, try changing it back to the default Ivy Tech theme.
Check your internet connection speeds. If you have a very slow connection you may experience timing out when trying to load Email+. You can check your connection speed at www.speedtest.net.
